PFI deep groove ball bearings are extremely versatile radial load bearings, available as single row, in several open, metal shields, rubber seals, snap ring configurations.
Our ISO metric design for the single row deep groove ball bearings is easily interchangeable with other competitors’ part numbers and our range contains standard series (6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, 6800, 6900), narrow series (16000), wide series (62000, 62200, 62300, 63000) and miniature bearings (606-699), all of them with preferred, but not exclusive, C3 clearance.
Our extended range includes special versions, featuring a large variety of non-standard dimensions, with slip, retaining or locking ring, with teflon rings or self-lubricating bushing on OD, special heat treatment, higher temperature resistance grease or different types of seals and cage materials, among other possible combinations. Check out our agricultural bearings section for more details on some of these bearings.
PFI ball bearings are electronically tested for low noise and vibration and suitable for use in alternators and fractional power electric motors. We have a long-standing tradition producing EMQ (Electric Motor Quality) ball bearings and we deliver reliable performance, reducing friction and noise, based on: high grade steel, precise super finishing process, controlled internal geometry, premium lubricants, preferred C3 clearance, optimized sealing systems, noise and vibration testing. Our ball bearing nomenclature is easy to identify because we are taking after the industry standard designation system.
