Regardless of the specificity of weather or crop production across the globe, the key to timely and optimum conditions harvest is to make sure your agricultural machinery is well-maintained, using the most durable and reliable parts available on the market.
PFI agricultural bearings are designed to meet the toughest working conditions for a segment where environmental conditions play a critical role.
Agricultural bearings have to perform under extremely challenging conditions, ranging from dry and abrasive to wet and corrosive, highly contaminated environments and our bearings use triple lip labyrinth seals for maximum contamination exclusion. PFI bearings’ optimum design and material technology (precise internal geometry, improved raceway surface, high steel grade forged rings) meet our customer’s long service life and heavy-load endurance expectations.
Our currently available agricultural range includes mainly agricultural ball bearings (with round, square or hexagonal bore, locking collars, relubrication holes or grease nipples), taper roller bearings and needle roller bearings that cover a wide range of applications (tractors, tractor implements, disc harrows, balers and other agricultural equipment). We have recently launched our first series of cast iron pillow block bearings (UCP line) as an addition to our current offering.
PFI agricultural cost-effective solutions support farmers in their efforts to meet the growing productivity related challenges of this very demanding industry by reducing downtime and maintenance costs, while maximizing output.
